Think I've got to the bottom of this. I took a photo of the amp box before I sent it on. It has an official sticker on it with the SUT buyer's postcode and my address on Adey's label. So the official tracking of the SUT was linked to the delivery of my amp. Presumably the SUT buyer got an email from P2G showing it was delivered on the 17th, when my neighbour signed for my amp. Looking at the SUT box Adey's label had the correct address while the official sticker says my postcode. So the tracking on my amp shows collection of the SUT. Looks like someone swapped the stickers, but whoever processed them in the UK went with the official address on the SUT but Adey's label on the amp. And the tracking got swapped around.
That sounds about right. I definately put the right address on both parcels - I checked it a couple of times before booking them. Speaking with Stuart it's obvious some idiot swapped the labels over. I will try and see if they will admit their mistake and ship on for free but I doubt it. Luckily it's less than 3kg and shouldn't be that much to ship. It could have been the amp!
