Inflammable cheese eh? Has anyone eaten it?
Barry
Just having a few days down in Cornwall visiting family and came across Helford Blue. Very nice, semi soft and creamy, blue veined cheese with a proper, but mellow blue cheese flavour. Well worth trying!

Lancashire Blue cheese from any market in the North West. Has to be from a market as they have the direct link to the traditional cheese makers who don't produce enough volume to get into supermarkets. This got destroyed last Xmas when I brought my cheeseboard out.
Black bomber Cheddar is a classic.
Tracklements chutneys and pickles are divine.
Mana Acoustics Racks / Bright Star IsoNodes Decoupling >> Allo DigiOne Player >> Pedja Rogic's Audial Model S DAC + Pioneer PL-71 turntable / Vista Audio phono-1 mk II / Denon PCL-5 headshell / Reson Reca >> LFD DLS >> LFD PA2M (SE) >> Royd RR3s.
PS am happy to buy and post a block of Lancashire Blue to anyone that is interested. Bought and posted on the same day of course! It is like a creamy less potent Stilton.

I'm Tony.
I bought some of this. Valedon Creme Of Blue Cheese, in a jar from the Tapas lunch company online, f@ck me you could have stripped paint with it, I love cheese but can't eat it much now down to high cholesterol but my God this stuff was rank but seemingly award winning and the second most favourite cheese in Spain after Manchego.
The Manchego from there was excellent though.

“Nothing discloses real character like the use of power. It is easy for the weak to be gentle. Most people can bear adversity. But if you wish to know what a man really is, give him power. This is the supreme test. It is the glory of Lincoln that, having almost absolute power, he never abused it, except on the side of mercy".
“You see these dictators on their pedestals, surrounded by the bayonets of their soldiers and the truncheons of their police ... yet in their hearts there is unspoken fear. They are afraid of words and thoughts: words spoken abroad, thoughts stirring at home -- all the more powerful because forbidden -- terrify them. A little mouse of thought appears in the room, and even the mightiest potentates are thrown into panic.”

Yes, but cheese should be cheese, and enjoyed naturally, without any added 'bits' in, like cranberries, other forms of fruit, chillies, and other such abominations!
My favourite cheeses include a top-notch Lanark Blue or Stilton, super-ripe Brie de Meaux/Camembert, Gruyere or Welsh Black Bomber cheddar, served with home-made oatcakes, and washed down with a nice glass (or three) of Warres vintage port
Marco.

Yup. Love a bit of good cheese. I'm popping into Tesco shortly. I'm going to have a look for a lump of 'Le Rustique' Camembert. The soggier the better. Lovely stuff!
Then round to the excellent nearby bakers for a nice crusty baton to have it with. Yum!
Hmm. Some decent big prawns French mayo and a bit of salad could go well.
