it's a sign of 'sound' thinking, isn't it?
RareBird, the fuzzie is Black Sabbaths debut, an impressive sounding German first issue!

How about this one?

Time flies like an arrow.
Fruit flies like a banana.
Took a couple of hours setting up this morning, but still worth it:
My late Heybrook TT2 with TPS motor control and an Audio Origami RB-250 with all the bells and whistles... Benz Micro Glider L2 on the end generating tiny voltages for the Tom Evans MicroGroove to fettle with!
The TT is placed on a slab of kitchen board material. Called Nero Azoluto and this one weighs in on about 30lbs, that would be about 14Kg for us metrics. This has got 5 small pads of Novibra (TM) between it and the top shelve (shelf?) on the Quadraspire.
Oh, and yes, i use iPods also, this one is a "Classic" containing my digital music in 256Kbps AAC for travel and party purposes. (It delivers digital signal into the earlier mentioned Marantz NA-7004)

Love the heybrook Mike, great pics too...

Thx for your comments!
Went by my local second hand shop here and saw an old Philips CD Player that caught my interest.
Its worth a tenner just to have a look under the bonnet!
It is very pretty for it's age, but unfortunately it doesn't sound very nice. However, it seems to be a brilliant transport sporting a coaxial digital output.
The audio presented is very meaty, clean and calm when feeding the Marantz NA-7004 via its coaxial digital input!

Nice buy for a tenner Mike....
