    Hi Paul, if i was you (even though it appears to be sorted ) I'd use the PCs search facility to track down any crap that hasn't been removed, i find that there is always some left from any removal

    Click on "start" & go to "search" & type in "Norton" to "all files & folders" & see what it comes up with, you may be in for a bit of a shock

    It maybe a good idea to get and run Ccleaner too, your registry is probably littered with Norton entries.
