    I'm Steve.

    Default 2/3/4/5 way horn build

It all started out as a pair of conicals on top of GRF's used as bass bins.

    12 compound angle petals

    Glued

Used 2 pack filler to make smooth transition from 12 sides to round - the throat is the key or else they sound weird / possibly honk.

Loaded with a JBL 2435Be compression driver

    up and running

As a 3 way - time aligned (crucial for really cohesive sound)

    on to 4 way

The mid horns are 76cm long and weigh ~25kgs.

GRF cabs with Eminence Kappa Pro LFII drivers upto 330Hz
    Mid horn JBL 2482 driver , 330Hz upto 1250Hz
    Upper mid JBL2435Be 1250Hz - 9000Hz
    Eminence cheaper tweeter 9000Hz - 20000Hz

    A pair

Thinking about the mid bass now - front loading
    Modelling it

    Cutting out

Back chamber for a Eminence Kappa 15"

    Installed

    Big - 92cm mouth, ~1.3m long

Quick lash up for a test

    To Be Continued
