    Busy month John.

Was due to see Reeves and Mortimer, my favourite comedy act tomorrow night but they've cancelled while Bob Mortimer recovers from a heart op. Gutted about that one.

On the upside I've just bought 2 tickets for Prong in London on the 26th March next year. I've followed them since I was a teenager. Great live metal band.
One of these days... I'm going to cut you into little pieces.

I'm off to see Walter Trout tonight at the Picturedrome in Holmfirth, a lovely venue (especially when you're staying overnight in the hotel next door!)

It will be a full house and I would imagine a very emotional show as the last time I saw Walter at the same venue 2 years ago he was not a well man. With his liver packing up, he sat down most of the gig, and could barely play. I don't think there were many in that audience who expected to see him play again. Luckily a donor was found back home in the States last year and he battled through and appears to be in rude health again.

Here's to a great night of rocking blues.

    .
I like everything really. From the britpop bands like UB40 right back to classic rock, like Wings. They're only the band the Beatles could have been.
