Looking forward to seeing Richard Thompson for the umpteenth time 2 weeks on Sunday at Salford's Lowry Theatre. Front row seats as well. Never ever anything less than brilliant is old Richard live.

Any thoughts on Chantel McGregor chaps? I understand she supported Joe Bonnamassa a couple of times so it's likely some of you may have seen her perform.
I'm encouraged to go & get some tickets for a gig by her choice of cover versions - not least this one of my favourite Robin Trower track:

indeed. As another point, she came across as a really good person too, which always helps - but then most musicians are IME.
