Just about to watch BBC4's 'The Killing' which I think is one of the best crime dramas I have seen on TV for some considerable time. I know a lot have missed out due to the subtitles, but it's compelling and over half way through 20 episodes, I am still clueless as to who the murderer is. Brilliant script and casting, plus the colour pallete used is exceptionally good, adding to the drama.

we watched the new Karate kid film last night, followed by me and my youngest trying to outdo each other with pull ups (hanging off our beams) and inclined push ups off the settee, don't you just love what whiskey does to you, i have rediscovered muscles i'd forgot existed, they ache a bit this morning anyway

The Social Network last night on DVD. Great fun and felt like any other Aaron Sorkin written drama (West Wing, Studio 60) where all your attention is employed in just keeping up with the dialogue. There are no empathetic characters - all techno geeks and dweebs busy shafting each other.

I loved "Dating you is like dating a Stairmaster".
