Indeed not to be compared, I think where I struggled a bit was that it wasn't quite what I was expecting - I'm not sure what it was that I was expecting, maybe having heard the soundtrack I thought it was going to be something else.
Might try it again just to see. I did enjoy it, but I found it all rather predictable and it didn't really engage the grey matter - I like a film where you have to think about what's going on

Listening to some darkness kind of made me want to see some

    The Medusa Touch

Got to love Mr Burton, he was made for this kind of stuff

One of my favourite films, should look a good deal better than it used to, with the iScan upscaling things

    See you all tomorrow

'Rock of Ages' extended edition (not sure about this, don't usually do musicals...)

    Time for a laugh...

Army Of Darkness, I'm watching the blu ray of this

Hopefully good for a laugh, if that doesn't work, hopefully Embeth Davidz will make up for it....

    She's hot imho

Hahaha, damn it looks like a half decent picture

    Hunted.

Great series to replace the late lamented Spooks, and Melissa George is gorgeous.

    Very good US series
    Now part way through S1
Suggest you wait until they repeat as it builds nicely
If you watch the trailors you get a lot of spoilers

Watching both those. I particularly liked the first episode of Hunted. Shades of the Strike Back series but a little more subtle.

Best thing on TV at the moment Mike, though it seems to be located in the most dangerous district in America!
