    okay so de gustibus non disputandum est which for those who don't know and can't be arsed to Google it means 'In matters of taste there is no dispute'.

    But thought it might be fun to put up some pics of what we think is ugly kit - and then argue about them.

    I'll got first. I think this one is shocking especially when the old Michi equipment was so fabulous:



    I'm sure that back in the 1980s there was an Amstrad midi system with a very similar styling cue.

    yeah its obviously made for the digital age. a bit ott for me..

    this is pretty horrendous, but he has a habit of showing his conceit.

    No idea of make but it's hilariously awful.

    It is impossible for anything digital to sound analogue, because it isn't analogue!
