Greetings to everyone from the sunny south coast,Bournemouth to be exact.Not much to say about myself,i have been into Hifi for about 10 years,i prefer older type gear,Quad,Leak,Garrard,Tannoy etc,i like the look and sound of the stuff,simple as that.Don't have much in the way of retro gear at the moment apart from a Pye HF 5/8 Mono amp and a Pye HF / 10.I can't afford the top line items so i am running a Pioneer A400 X amp with an early Micromega CD player,a Rega Plannar 3 fitted with a Grado FTE+1 cart.Speakers are Rogers LS7's or Royd Minstrels with either QED Silver Anniversary or Linn K20 cables.
Music taste ranges from ABBA to ZZ Top and everything in between,a bit of a cliche but it's true.I'm currently listening to AC/DC Back In Black (Remaster),i got it for a Quid at a Boot Sale last Sunday,bargain !
