I wonder what the bass/mid drivers are? They look like Supravox. That would certainly be one of the names on the shortlist when looking for a very sensitive and very fast wideband driver to match with a plasma tweeter.
Are they remotely affordable?

I agree that they look fantastic and tick several of the requisite boxes I consider as mandatory. If I were in the market for a pair of modern hi-end speakers, they would definitely be on my shortlist!

Chris Hi, the 'Cubus' are expensive, rrp is Euros 50k but they are far more expensive than the rest of the range, Lansche used a pair this year in Munich and they were superb, they are superbly designed and exquisitely made.Originally Posted by technobear

It was the driver in the No. 4.1 that prompted my 'Supravox' remark. It looks like a Supravox 215-2000. However, I see that Lansche claim to have designed this driver themselves.
So go on then, scare me. How much is the No. 4.1?

Very nice. I have seen a few videos on youtube where people have built their own plasma tweeter, it seems the hot gas is modulated by the signal to produce the sound? I am not sure if I would be entirely happy having a couple of death rays in the lounge though!
