You lot don't look very hard do you?
There are two pots for each channel, one for each output valve. Circuit shows 450mV across the cathode resistor as the correct setting.
Valve lineup ECC83 x2, ECC82, EL34 x2 per channel.

I have the full schematics already, I should have made it clearer that I wanted the instruction manual (if there was one) to go with the unit. The schematics are no good to me as I won't be touching anything electrical until I'm shown. Wiring a plug is my ability level at the minute! Ha

No worries it is quite simple to measure and adjust the bias..
