upsampling help

Hello folks would one of these be a major upgrade in sound quality for me.

I am using a laptop which goes into a Beresford tc7520 dac then into my old Exposure amps.would a M tech 2 be a good idea.

The RCA version is £100 and the BNC £105 both include vat and 'special delivery'.
