Hotmail no-go on Mac?

Is there any sane reason why I can´t check my hotmail account from my Mac - go to MSN and then hit "hotmail" -but have no problem doing it from my Windows PC ? The Mac just goes nowhere and the address bar at the top switches continually between 2 http urls.

Nay probs. Not sure to be honest, my Leopard / Safari combo works fine (although I don't ever use my hotmail account).

Are you using Safari 3.1.1 and do you have all your web content boxes ticked on the security tab of the preferences?

Hi,

It has suddenly just started to work OK and I swear I haven´t knowingly touched anything although something subtle has changed in the Gmail presentation. You can now actually see a thermometre type thingy to simulate loading - before it just used to say "loading" and flicker several times as if loading screens one on top of another so maybe it wasn´t me.
