To be honest : I always express my full sentiments and opinions about my friends systems. Always being careful not to hurt their pride.

But I never talk about the problems of people who I know (but are not real friends) except when the "problems" are very big...

This of course raises another "pseudo ethical" question. If you can tell that someone else's system has problems, should you keep quiet about it?

Depends I use the sandwich method tell something I like then perhaps if you tried this and then I really like this
