I was approached to make the 3 arm balancing counter weights, anti-skate weight and lateral weight for a Dynavector DV-505 arm, needed to complete the arm, as these had gone missing.

These were made to original weight specification.

    and the lateral weight

    Hi,
I did and I did reply to it. Perhaps email trouble somewhere along the line. Sorry for that.
I will dig out my reply and send via PM.

    Best regards,
    Steve

Here's an Ebony armboard bound for a SL-1210. Drilled for a Jelco SA750D tonearm and provisioned with extra deep mounting surface for the 'Shuggie' upgrade Jelco armbase.

    Thanks Robbie.

Here is an update to the armboard / pod I made for a customer a while back.

The original armboard for the lead filled stand alone arm pod I supplied was for a Fidelity Research FR64s arm.
It had to be shallow as the arm is quite high and there was not a lot of height overall to play with.

The Schick 12" arm is much lower so a thicker solid ebony armboard could be fitted.

Here is the base and board

Test mounted on the pod ready to go.

Here's a little job for germbox

He was looking to balance a DL103 and heavy AT headshell and also needed spacers to get the VTA right.
    Full thread here
    http://theartofsound.net/forum/showt...ghlight=spacer

I made him a 142g Stainless steel counterweight and headshell to cartridge spacers in ebony at 3.5mm and 4.5mm thick.
In the Post to the USA.

Be interesting to hear how they get on.

Indeed, Steve, and I suspect that they'll work superbly! I'm sure that Freddy will let us know

Btw, I think you should make a major point of promoting those little ebony spacers, as they often sell for silly prices on ebay, and are useful to lots of folks seeking to obtain more VTA flexibility. Far better too, sonically, than using a thicker T/T mat to make up the same adjustment difference!!
