Over-rated in my book. The one I had (after I replaced the shattered ruby balls with silicon nitride) was a bit better than my reworked Micro Seiki MA-505, and not as good as my reworked AT-1010. The EPA-100 original version has a fundamental design flaw. The way the bearing assembly attaches to the pillar should be in a tutorial for how not to design a sound mechanical joint (pun intended!)
