    Default Wanted - 6 (six) 6922 / 6dj8 / ecc88 etc valves

I fancy a bit of tube rolling in my Herron VTSP-2 preamp.

I need 6 of the above valves for that.
Anyone got anything interesting in a not too used state in their spares drawer?

Langrex has ECC88 valves from £10 if of interest.

EH - I'd guess they are the originals from 12-15 years ago.

Hmm -- I've come across these Reflector 6n23p on ebay, I've been impressed by every Reflector valve I've tried.
    Cheap, too.
    Too cheap?
    Tempting!

    Hi Jerry
I've got 3 x Phillips JAN 6922 valves made in the USA NOS if that's any good to you in sleeves?
surplus to requirements, not been used at all.

    Thanks Don.
Wanting 6 does make it a bit difficult.

I'll see if I can source another 3 JAN Philips, but I do fancy those Reflectors...

I have 4 russian 6N1P that are supposedly equivalent to ECC88.
However they have twice the heater current at 0.6 A each so probably no good in a commercial amp.

I have 4 Rocket logo Russian 6922 equivalents. But they didn't last long in my pre. I think they are probably 6N23P and I'm not sure where I have put them.

They probably are good VFM but TBH, you can do quite a bit better, but they aren't bad.
