    FFS SOMEONE - GRAB IT!!!!!

The 909 is a great (iron fist in a velvet glove) sounding amp and the UK made ones were better capped than (it seems) many Chinese made examples. Loads of power and I believe this basic design was one with healthy power increase into 4 ohms (230WPC from memory) without current limiting effing it up as in earlier Quad domestic efforts (I can't speak for low impedance behaviour of the 500 pro models).

Brilliant price (606mk2's were going for similar money not long ago when I was looking).

Thanks. It is a great amp and in very good order. Sad to let it go but it's not being used so someone has a chance of a bargain here.
