I have found this amp in a container outside the electro-shop. After som tlc, it works fine. The phono preamp is made of one dual op-amp (6556), which makes me think about op-amp rolling. Do i have to change the surrounding parts (condensers, resistors) to get this right? Does anyone know about this 6556 op-amp?

If you are careful you can cut the opamp out using a small hobby saw or hobby drill, so that you have just the 8 legs remaining. You can then either desolder these and then solder in an 8DIP socket or just try soldering the socket to the opamp legs.
