The gamuccI cigarette type are very good. I refill them and they last for ages The menthol is the cleanest imo. I get a hit but no chest issues etc. Trouble is the company has stopped I think. Hoping they restart as they are best by margin. Ive got a big stock and can source batteries that fit

I gave up when my first baby was born, decided I couldn't hold a cigarette and a baby, that was 38 years ago.
I found that for the first 6 months or so I had to have a packet of cigarettes near me, using willpower to decide not to smoke.
Can't believe how people can now afford to smoke, it seems really expensive!

i gave up because i was starting to feel the effects, plus it was both becoming expensive and difficult to do anywhere bar home. plus my daughter wanted me and wife to stop. i thought i would do it and show wife it could be done. she only followed several years later and too late for her.
all it takes is willpower, although many dont have enough and need help. my son used patches successfully. i used willpower only. wife eventually used electronic cigarettes.
hell i gave up alcohol too. never thought i could do it but it was easier than i thought. im still alive so it must have helped..lol
