It is entirely dependent on the vape unit. For example, 18mg will be fine on a ‘clearomiser’ pen vape like Geoff shared, but will be very very harsh with the bigger tanks, where 6mg or even 3mg is more appropriate.

Also with a pen vape you do not want a high VG juice as it is too thick, at a minimum 60/40 PG/VG ratio.

Brands are much of a muchness, I do like the ‘RY4’ flavours, like a nutty rich toffee / tobacco taste, one for smoking fans I think.

Think I used 6mg with my tank and could have been doing with less so agree Neil.

    The smoking or the vaping?

I've heard of people not taking to vaping and 'the cure being worse than the illness' but not had any ill effects meself.

I'm using 3mg with an Eleaf MTL tank and an Aspire Archon mod. Honestly I can't get even the vaguest hit, and I used to smoke marlboro lights. I think a change to a decent DTL tank and stronger liquid is on the cards. 2nd week vaper, 25 year smoker, though only a couple a day.

Mac72, the tobacco taste stuff doesn't. it tastes like stale dumps scrounged from the ashtray.
