New cartridge

I've spent a happy day listening to numerous LPs, but am now wondering if a cartridge upgrade would make sense. Current rig is;

Grado Reference Platinum 1 - Audiomods Series V - Lumley Heliosphere - WhestOne

With a budget of up to £750, would a different cartridge make a significant difference, and if so, what would be good options? Or would the money be better spent elsewhere? There's no particular problem or deficiency I'm trying to address - I'm just asking if a further investment would be worth it. If something is strongly recommended, maybe I can hear it at Cranage this weekend.
