I originally used my trusty 30 year old SME V with my GT Turntable. I was informed the Raven arm would be far superior. To my ears neither is superior just different. The SME is more dynamic and bass is better defined, the Raven arm produces a smoother sound.
So if you can't find a Raven Arm I suggest an SME.
