    I'm Geoff.

Default Selling a Nikon Coolpix P6000 Semi-Pro Compact Camera

Offered for sale. My very nice Nikon Coolpix P6000 semi-pro compact digital camera in excellent condition.

13.5 megapixels, 28-112mm lens, GPS, wireless connection. Full specs here:http://imaging.nikon.com/lineup/cool...p6000/spec.htm

Comes with original box, literature and software , 8GB SD memory card, leather case, lens hood with UV filter, three batteries, charger & cables, data lead and a remote control.

This is a very well made, high quality camera that should give years of trouble free service. In addition to the LED screen, it also features an optical viewfinder, which can be very handy. There is a dedicated flash 'hotshoe' for use with a flashgun in more demanding light conditions.

I'm asking £55 plus carriage (within UK only), which is around half of what I paid a year or so ago.

I'll require PayPal payment. PM me if interested.

I have too many cameras, so I'm thinning the collection down. There'll be one or two more offered soon. Reluctant to sell this one, but it's not getting used enough.

I'd love something like this, and I'd like to be able to take good pictures, but I don't understand how good photos are made, and I'm too lazy to learn. Words like aperture, colour saturation and hot shoe are probably not as much fun as they sound.

I've seen some of the pictures that Geoff has posted which I think look great, but perhaps I've left it too late to get any good at it.
I just dropped in, to see what condition my condition was in

T/T: Inspire Monarch, X200 tonearm, Ortofon Quintet Blue. Phono: Project Tube Box CD: Marantz CD6006 (UK Edition); Amp: Musical Fidelity A5 Integrated.
Speakers: Zu Omen Def, REL T9i subwoofer. Cables: Atlas Equator interconnects, Atlas Hyper 3.0 speaker cables

    T'other system:
Echo Dot, Amptastic Mini One,Arcam A75 integrated, Celestion 5's, BK XLS-200 DF

    A/V:
LG 55" OLED, Panasonic Blu Ray, Sony a/v amp, MA Radius speakers, REL Storm sub

Forget the past, it's gone. And don't worry about the future, it doesn't exist. There is only NOW.

Many of my photos have been 'adjusted' using editing software and these days I've got lazy, so the camera generally stays on 'auto'. All I worry about is framing.
