Not had a coffee yet and it took me a while to see the bold text, I was wondering if you meant what supermarket or butchers for a bit, doh!
Penderyn Distillery in Wales. Quite new and quite an interesting process. They use a 2 columned still that achieves 90% alcohol volume which is then mixed with local spring water that flows under the building before being barrelled. You get Whiskey, but very much something different from other whiskeys.
