There's a canal about two hundred yards away with plenty of boats on. I have a few mates who live on them.

You know you can have too much of a good thing.
I've been doing some more work on my garage roof, but the heat up there is unbearable. I took the thermometer from the garden and sat it on the roof, and the mercury rose to 48 deg C. It only goes up to 50.
I'm sacking it off until after tea, and I'll just have some time in the garden with Steve Wright and a cold drink.
