Those Thakker replacement styluses are made by Jico. Some mid to high end stylus they do should be good or descent at least. But I've also read some negative experience with some more of the "acceptable" entry level replacement stylus. Can't recall which ones, but those negative experiences seemed genuine and not "anti-jaco" propaganda or the typical internet/"social"-media rant.
And I have a friend who buys his mid entry replacement conical large stylus tip for vintage 45rpms to fit his his Stanton cartridge and he's always happy with them at first. Mind you they are mounted stylus and so last less than nude ones. Either way, you can try to source NOS Shure stylus for your V15 III as well and buy a Thakker replacement one and compare for yourself. The best way to know.
