Real Madrid is a mockery of the football world. Cant stand them especially for one main reason.
    Who else feels the same

    Probably because they beat Liverpool.

    Mo Sallah???

Gareth Bales' goal was rather good and the Liverpool goalkeeper did not have a good night.

Sour grapes posting is only to be expected.

I didn't see much of the game, as I had other things on.

Looking at the highlights, Ramos should have been red carded for his tussle with Salah.
That said, considering that UEFA like to think of The Champions League as being an elite competition, it's eternally frustrating that they doggedly refuse to incorporate goal line technology and VAR - the number of officials they have around the pitch is laughable, because they still manage to get things wrong decision wise.

The comedy goal was surprising - I've not been convinced by Karius when I've seen him playing, and this was a howler of the greatest magnitude.
The equaliser from Mané was superb, having the awareness to follow that forward headed ball and redirect over the Real keeper.
Bale's first goal was breathtaking - there ain't no keeper out there that springs to mind that could have stopped it.
Bale's second goal - the ball was well struck, but there's no way a decent keeper would have fluffed that one up .....

I watched it with friends who are not Liverpool fans but then no-one is perfect.

When Bale scored someone remarked that it was like something out of Roy Of The Rovers. Someone else pointed out that nothing that unrealistic was ever seen in Roy Of The Rovers.

I was expressing my doubts about Karius before the match had started but early doors he seemed to be pretty switched on so I relaxed.

Thought we had at least a 50-50 chance of doing it going in. Just some bad luck, Bale and Karius. What can you do?

R M deseved to win , They run rings around Liverpool , The pass rate was outstanding , the possession was treble what Liverpool had , and Bale's 2 goal's were rather good

I had hope for a Liverpool win and that M S would have a good game , but not to be

They did have the bulk of possession but if you disregard them passing it round at the back for ages then they didn't really.

They certainly didn't 'run rings' around us, not at any point, although we did leave them standing for dead on a couple of occasions. Just not enough occasions.
