    I got mine from Parts Express £100 inc shipping. Money well spent, doesn't just measure T&S but also great for impedance sweeps, measuring caps, inductors etc.
    I'd recommend buying new Steve.

    You can measure TS with a soundcard and sense resistor, either crunch the numbers in excel or I think REW free software will do it.
    DATS good for more frequent use but expensive for a one off measurement
