    I won’t be keeping it Geoff, the wife is patient and forgiving when it comes to my love of Hifi but she’s drawn the line at 100’s of albums around the lounge again

    I had the most beautiful Michell focus one S that I sold ( bloke flew in from Paris for it ) so I’m not sure the technics will cut it after that .

    You will be surprised how good they are , As said , change the head shell and invest in a half decent cartridge , Set up the VTA and tracking weight and away you go , You DO HAVE ROOM for some LP's even if you keep them under the stairs in a box , All homes have some room , Just start out with a dozen of your favourites , from ebay or car boot sales , Oh what fun and you WILL notice a big sound improvement over CD or streaming

    The Techie is actually really nice to use. Everything just works so well, it feels classy.
