Has anybody else in the British Isles - nay, the entire world! - worn a sheepskin jacket in the last twenty years?

Jack the old gardener, reporting back to his new employers, the Duke and duchess of Looselabia.

"Right sir, I've put manure under the rose bushes, but we've run out of manure now, so I'll go over to farmer Fred's and get another ton of manure delivered".

After Jack left, the Duchess says "Really Tarquin, that dreadful little man's language is terrible. Can you not have him call it "fertiliser"?

"Doubtful, it's taken me all year to get him to call it manure".

I still have a Levi jacket, but I grew too fat for it about 20 years ago.

To be fair to Motty he's also famous for inventing the sheepskin coat so I don't think you can just lump him in with all the other commentators.

Ah, so that's what the sheepskin coat thing was about! Sorry, it flew right passed me, as I'm not a Motty fan.

Probably not, though twenty or so years ago I knew a bloke via work who did. Not only did he wear a sheepskin jacket, he was called Vince and he drove a vintage Jag.
