Never had a sheepskin coat or an Afghan but I did have a fur coat turned inside out.

Bought it on the flea market in Liverpool - also found out very quickly why they called it the flea market

I had an Afghan hound once - they're damned attractive in the dark!

I had an afghan coat in the early seventies, and it was rather smelly, especially when wet.

One night a pissed young female decided the smell could be improved by tipping a load of patchouli oil over it. When I got home my mother accused me of
"smoking drugs", her logic being that a couple of drug-taking hippies (her words) often came in the shop where she worked, and they smelled exactly the same.

Maybe it's a nostalgia thing, but I still like the smell of patchouli (don't come across it much these days).
I just dropped in, to see what condition my condition was in

T/T: Inspire Monarch, X200 tonearm, Ortofon Quintet Blue. Phono: Project Tube Box CD: Marantz CD6006 (UK Edition); Amp: Musical Fidelity A5 Integrated.
Speakers: Zu Omen Def, REL T9i subwoofer. Cables: Atlas Equator interconnects, Atlas Hyper 3.0 speaker cables

    T'other system:
Echo Dot, Amptastic Mini One,Arcam A75 integrated, Celestion 5's, BK XLS-200 DF

    A/V:
LG 55" OLED, Panasonic Blu Ray, Sony a/v amp, MA Radius speakers, REL Storm sub

Forget the past, it's gone. And don't worry about the future, it doesn't exist. There is only NOW.

Thank goodness - about as nauseous IMO as 'joss sticks' and any other form of incense!
