The poor folk in Scotland always seem to get colder weather than everyone else, while the good people of Wales bask in tropical sunshine.
This situation seems grossly unfair, and needs to be addressed...
We will give Wales to the Scottish people. Things would get a bit overcrowded, so we're going to move the Welsh out and chuck 'em on Anglesey. Obviously we anticipate some resistance, so we will arm the Scots, so they may effectively patrol and police the Menai Strait.
This plan could well work, certainly seems to have for Israel
