    Default ohm output

My amps have 4 and 8 ohm outputs but I have just pick up a set of Dali Zensor3 speakers that are rated at 6 ohm.
So any idea what ohm rating to use on my amps?

    Cheers Gerry

It's an equal mismatch either way, theoretically. The 6 ohms is nominal, and the impedance can go above that or dip below. There is no way to know without seeing the whole impedance curve of your speakers , so don't over think it.
Try either tap and use whatever sounds best to you.

You can try both, won't hurt anything but if the nominal impedance is 6 ohm it will dip lower than that at some frequencies so my guess would be 4 ohm tap will sound best.
    Current Lash Up:

    TEAC VRDS 701T > Sony TAE1000ESD > Krell KSA50S > JM Labs Focal Electra 926.
