Kill the fat you kill the burger.

The reason everyone is on anti-depressants is because they don't eat enough fat. KFC or similar twice a week and you can chuck out whatever crap the 'doctor' is dosing you up on.

Why would you be on a fat-free diet? That's not a good idea.

Ah, a fair old dollop of shit there Marco. Most folk won't realise, but that's not a unique sight. I've seen the odd one or two myself many years ago, during a few years with a local authority technical services department.

That's a relief. I thought for a minute you were on one of those nutty fad diets.

If any aspect of my diet was shown to be affecting my health, I'd do something about it. Until that happens I'll carry on eating as I please.

The beneficial/hazardous effects of any given food seems to change on a weekly basis, so I can't be arsed with it. If it tastes good, it goes in!
I just dropped in, to see what condition my condition was in

T/T: Inspire Monarch, X200 tonearm, Ortofon Quintet Blue. Phono: Project Tube Box CD: Marantz CD6006 (UK Edition); Amp: Musical Fidelity A5 Integrated.
Speakers: Zu Omen Def, REL T9i subwoofer. Cables: Atlas Equator interconnects, Atlas Hyper 3.0 speaker cables

    T'other system:
Echo Dot, Amptastic Mini One,Arcam A75 integrated, Celestion 5's, BK XLS-200 DF

    A/V:
LG 55" OLED, Panasonic Blu Ray, Sony a/v amp, MA Radius speakers, REL Storm sub

Forget the past, it's gone. And don't worry about the future, it doesn't exist. There is only NOW.
