A component tester is a way to do it, around £10 on ebay, in some cases the capacitors have to be disconnected so other parts of the circuit does not influence the readings.Originally Posted by andyrlb
Possibly the easiest thing to do is replace the capacitors, Falcon, I believe do a kit.
