Hi Guys, can someone please tell how to identify the positive/negative on the jr149 speaker cable/plug ?

I basically wish to replace with banana plugs.

The smaller round pin is positive.

You may also find a thin moulded ridge down the outside of the PVC insulation sleeve on the positive conductor of the cable.
