If that's the case he'll be banned for behaving dishonestly, and will also be named and shamed here accordingly, and VERY publicly!

I Don’t normally do this , but i have asked PayPal to get my money back as i made him send a invoice , it is not on , to call someone for all when you still have the item and the money, send notification from parcel2go saying it will be here on the 1st , then say you forgot to send it and then say it will be sent only to find it back up for sale ,tell the buyer he is the worst for asking questions, i don’t have any contact details, just the invoice from PayPal who will sort this out one way or another, and then to find it for sale on the above site and send a stupid email saying we are both alive and enjoying the music is beyond me, all i wanted was to buy the amp , but trust has gone, paid on the 30th found for sale again on the 2nd

there is no personal details on the invoice paypal remove them ,and yes i have a heart problem dialtedcardomyopathy and stage 3 heartfailure etc but what that has got to do with this idont no , ,, why was it on diy saying it had sold twice after saying i was a time waster even though you have the money , parcel2go still says it is waiting for it to be dropped of, so yes it is messey but you dont tell a buyer that they are worse than your wife.when all they want is information you were paid on the 30th and it was back on DIYAUDIO after being paid,
that is why i started this , i cannot believe you are trying to shift the blame when it is there in black and white on DIYAUDIO.com

I've dealt with Mirek before, no problem, came across as a nice guy. All very odd, sounds like a misunderstanding that went too far to me..

This looks to have been a case of slight language barriers and some jumping of the gun. I would hope you both can accept that mixups can happen and when amp arrives, which I'm sure it will, you can both shake hands etc...

Oh my god! There's nothing wrong with the bidet is there?

“Nothing discloses real character like the use of power. It is easy for the weak to be gentle. Most people can bear adversity. But if you wish to know what a man really is, give him power. This is the supreme test. It is the glory of Lincoln that, having almost absolute power, he never abused it, except on the side of mercy".

“You see these dictators on their pedestals, surrounded by the bayonets of their soldiers and the truncheons of their police ... yet in their hearts there is unspoken fear. They are afraid of words and thoughts: words spoken abroad, thoughts stirring at home -- all the more powerful because forbidden -- terrify them. A little mouse of thought appears in the room, and even the mightiest potentates are thrown into panic.”

"You don't have free will. You have the appearance of free will.”

“There's a war out there, old friend. A world war. And it's not about who's got the most bullets. It's about who controls the information. What we see and hear, how we work, what we think... it's all about the information!”
