    Default WTD: Smallish bookshelf/standmount speakers

    Hi guys,

Looking for the above, condition of enclosure not really important as I may refinish anyway, as long as they work as they should.

I'm putting together another small footprint system, using a passive pre and a Parasound Zamp ( or 2) what have you got lying around hiding in cupboards, loft, anywhere, so I can continue experimenting (playing around).

    TIA

Get some Mission 780SE speakers. They are ridiculously good for the small footprint.

I've got some Gale gold monitors, they are the same as the jpw gold monitors but with ported cabinets. The tweeters are very nice in these, the woofers are not bad either. The cabinets have had some serious knocks to the corners and they have black masking tape covering these. Might be better if i sent the drivers and crossover packed in a box? They are somewhere else at the moment but I might be able to get hold of them at the weekend.

    Are the cabinets unusable then?

My old Triangle Titus are for sale on PFM. You won't get much better.
