    I've not bought one in decades , if you'd asked me to guess I would have said 90p.

    a lot of work goes into getting that letter to the recipient. cheap at twice the price

    I just buy a book of half a dozen, which last me about a year, but I've never noticed how much it costs.

    They can make it 90 pound as far as I am concerned, I haven't posted a letter in almost 20 years (unless you count at work, which I don't as I'm not paying for it).
