Just ordered my new Panasonic from John Lewis, the NN-CF873S. It's capacity is 32 litres and is a flatbed design, this one:

I took delivery of the Panasonic and it turned out to be faulty so got a replacement and that was faulty as well. After reading a lot of reviews it seems that Panasonic combi's are definitely not made like they used to be

So I gave up on Panasonic and I've now got a lovely Samsung like this one, it works perfectly and is quite nice to look at as well. It comes with 3 years Samsung warranty and it was also £130 cheaper than the Panasonic, bargain
