I would like to swap my highly regarded Austrian built Crayon CFA-1 integrated amp (approx $3000 new) with either....
1. Integrated or power amp, preferably with balanced connections but not crucial.
2. Quality dac, love to try a Audiobyte black dragon, but options open.
3. Non rear ported floor standing speaker suitable for a room firing across 9 feet. Vague I know, sorry.
Im valuing my amp around £900, adjustments + or - no probs
Thank you

If anyone is interested in a deal on the Crayon amp then please get in touch soon as I've had a proposal which I'm seriously considering. I'm not bullshitting, seriously. Cheers

I have some old 1980s Yorkshire Hi Fi 1.3 bookshelf speakers. The speakers are in good condition, one of the edging pieces has come off, and the foam inside the speakers has obviously deteriorated.
In their day they were well reviewed, see the link. I'm sure they would make an interesting easy project for someone for a second or third system

I'm looking for a pair of 2.5m or 3m speaker cables, or a budget DAC something like a Topping D30 or Xiang Sheng to trial with a Marantz CD player - or what else do you have?
