ou might slip, you might slide, you might
Stumble and fall by the road side
But don't you ever let nobody drag your spirit down
Remember you're walking up to heaven

Don't let nobody turn you around
… Walk with the rich, walk with the poor
Learn from everyone, that's what life is for
And don't you let nobody drag your spirit down

Nice one, Rob - and I certainly wish you the best of luck! As long as you're not fazed by public speaking, present yourself well, and know your subject inside out, you'll be fine

I've not done any preaching (not really my thing, the preaching that is, not the religious aspect), as I prefer to be on the other side of the pulpit, aside from when I do readings from the bible, at my local church, which I participate in regularly.

I've been doing that for years, sometimes in front of huge congregations, which doesn't faze me at all. I rather enjoy it, as you feel much more a part of the celebration of mass that way. Hope it all goes well for you

Pity someone in the audience couldn't 'YouTube' it!

    Well done Rob.

In my career I have had to present papers at international conferences to an audiences of anywhere between 50 to 200. Hated it - even when using Power Point presentations, and the auditorium was dark.

Respect, Rob - that was phenomenal! A very impassioned and emotional delivery of a subject very dear to my heart

Love the drum kit, at the side! How often is that used, bro?
