    Default Hello

    Hi Everyone,

I am fairly new to the HiFi universe, and I thought that joining the forum would be the best way to get educated.

    Thank you for having me.

    Regards,

    Welcome to AoS Krassi.

Do you have a system already, or are you looking for advice so as to put one together? If the latter, in order to help you we would need to know your rough budget and what kind of sound you are looking for.

What are your tastes in music?

    Hello Krassi. Welcome to AOS.

Tell us what music you listen to and what Hi-Fi equipment you are using.

If you have future plans for your system, we'd like to hear about them.

Feel free to join in the chat and ask any questions you like.

    Enjoy the forum,
    Geoff.

    Default Sound System

A friend of mine introduced me to listening to vinyl, so I decided to build a modest system in order to enjoy it at home.
My budget was not very high so i got the following:

Pro-Ject Turntable - The Classic (25th year anniversary)
    Ortofon 2M Black MM carttridge
Unison Research - Unico Nuovo hybrid amplifier
    PMC Twenty5 23 speakers

I listen to all sorts of music. From Electronic (ambient/house/D&B) to Jazz and Classical.
I like a bit of bass, but I also love strong vocals and instruments

That should be an enjoyable system.

Thank you. So far it has been a pleasure to listen to it.
On a separate note: could you point me in the right direction to be able to write a new post?
I seem to be struggling to find out how.
    Thank you.
