Cable tidying
Thought i would soon make a start on the rats nest !
Beginning with mains cables.
So, intention is to make several mains leads to required length. Read lots of stuff about Belden 19364 (and 19363 being slightly thinner at 16 awg) and 83803 but it looks horribly inflexible and probably overkill ?
Any other suggestions ?
Also i am running out of mains sockets. I have made a distribution block from 5 double MK wall sockets but now need another couple. Is there any problem with using one of these for example

Whilst searching around i also noticed mains distribution / conditioner blocks intended for use in things like disco installations (19” rack mounting again). They state EMI shielding. 8 outlet versions can be had for less than £100. Ignoring the mains regeneration type of units, how might these compare to ‘audiophile’ distribution blocks ?
Cheers
