Default Reducing transformer hum on a valve amp?

Hi, I have a rather annoying level of transformer hum through my speakers, yes I understand that it's normal to have some but can anything be done to reduce the levels to a minimum?

More information needed. What Transformer are you using ? Perhaps a DC. Blocker may help.

It really is a can of worms without specific information.

Can loan you a DC blocker I bought here a few weeks back. I got it to fix a hum issue in the study that turned out to be something else entirely so its sitting spare.

Having said that as stated above it could be all sorts of other things fro a ground loop to duff electrolytics in the power supply.

I'm going to have a play tomorrow with source components and changing the amp.
