Induction cooking
Well after my gas cooker packed up Ive been using 2 microwaves happily so decided only thing I could do with was a single hob.
Enter the Lakeland induction hob
First trial is with a pan with a litre of water
30 secs
1 min
2 mins 30secs
Simmer
Quite quiet and a nice touch screen no buttons to break etc
So far I'm impressed...It uses a lot less lecky too.

I had an induction hob when I was living in Ukraine, my current gas hob seems a huge step backwards in comparison.
