    And I am approaching to the measurement of the internal volume:
    I measure the weight of the my vented inner construction - 3.5 kg.
    -The amount of water is 42 l. in the box; the average value relative to the density of MDF is 0.75 kg. of a cubic decimeter,3,5/0,75=4,7l, 42-4,7l= 37.3l more than what's needed - what's next?
    The problem is that my investor likes the vision of the column.The decrease in volume must occur inside the construction of the cabinet.This sends the project in a more initial phase,we have a new requirement for the project, another W18 EX001.The old project stayed in the past ...

    After preprocessing of the internal ribbing I can now start collecting the cabinets;

    Now I can make the exact measurement of the volume.
    And that's 31.5l, just as much as I need!

    l forget to show you what I did to get that volume!
    I make a filter compartment (for the CW and TW), the W section will be in the box;
    I previously make the last layer-10 mm MDF / to get a sandwich construction / on the front panel and the bottom/;

    A very underestimated moment - work with multilayer MDF material!Always been a problem with the MDF, especially when we have a multilayer construction. Over time, individual parts are beginning to show up - all of this is the result of improper processing. Soon I will show you how to deal with this problem.

    P.S.
    I show you a German site, that offers such "DIY- loudspeakers " and please for your attention, they want money for such a product!
